How to Order

Shopping for fine art and saddle silver online need not be a challenging experience. We have attempted to make your transaction as painless as possible but one needs to know all the options. That's why we have set up our ordering system as we have.

Pricing

As you browse through the products in our store, in many cases, the options you choose may affect an item's price. Specifically, in our Saddle Silver section your options may allow for various finish choices as well as specific metals - i.e. gold or silver.

In most cases, once you have decided on an item, clicking the "Update Price" button will recalculate the item's price based on your options. We have, however, discovered that this function does not work on some older web browsers. In these cases, you may not see the actual price until the item is added to your shopping cart. Rest assured, you may still remove an item from your cart before the transaction ends.

Shipping

All of our shipping costs are based on domestic US destinations. International orders will, of course, require other options - which you will be informed of after your order is received.

All of our saddle silver items are custom-made to your specifications. As such, these items will be shipped after they are completed. Most saddle silver orders will ship within three working weeks following your purchase. Upon completion we will ship your order based upon your chosen method.

Purchases from our collection of Books & Writings adds $20.00 to the handling cost for insurance. Hats from our Collectibles Department includes $7 for the same reason.

Custom Orders

You may find, even with the wide assortment of items we show, you have a need from time to time of some custom orders. Luckily we can make just about anything if it's made out of silver. We are pleased to craft your custom order but it will take more than just filling out an order form. When requesting a custom product, please email your contact information, including a daytime and evening phone, along with a good time for us to call, and we will contact you. We will then consult with our master silversmith, James, and then call you back with all the costs and shipment timing. Remember, the more complete you know what you want, the faster we can make your order. Sometimes it's just as helpful to know what you don't want! In any event, the good news is we have never missed a birthday or anniversary.
